Yemisi Adedeji, PhD

Yemisi Adedeji, PhD is the Founder and Lead Strategist of Readiness Global, and was herself endorsed by the Royal Society under the Global Talent visa's Exceptional Promise category. A Senior Scientist with a PhD in Virology and an MSc in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Nottingham, she brings over seven years of scientific experience to her work supporting Global Talent Visa applicants in Academia and Research.

Yemisi first came to the UK as an international student and has since built a career and a life here spanning more than a decade. Recognising how inaccessible expert guidance can be for people without the budget for large immigration law firms, she began offering free and low-cost GTV support, a practice that's grown into Readiness Global, built around the Readiness Global Framework™.

Beyond her coaching practice, she shares her journey and expertise with a wider community through her YouTube channel, Dr Yemz, and the Immigrant Voices & Victories podcast, championing other immigrants navigating similar paths. She leads with a simple philosophy: No Limits.
