We provide evidence and strategy coaching for Global Talent Visa endorsement preparation.

We are not solicitors or immigration advisers. We support the endorsement-preparation process only. For immigration advice, please consult an adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority, or a solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

The checker provides an educational assessment based on the answers you supply. It is not a legal advisory service or an official endorsement decision. No endorsement or visa outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for checking current requirements and the accuracy of your application.

Please provide accurate information and upload only a CV you are entitled to share. You must be aged 18 or over to use the assessment.

You can complete the questions and receive your checker result without uploading a CV by choosing “Skip CV now”. If you upload a CV, we use it only to compare the information it contains with your answers and cross-check your eligibility against those answers.

A third-party AI service processes the CV and assessment information for this comparison. It is a secondary cross-check only and does not override your checker result. AI can make mistakes or overlook evidence; you can ask us to review or correct your information.

Before continuing with a CV, you must acknowledge the upload notice and tick “I agree to the Terms & conditions”. This is not consent to marketing.

Results are educational guidance only. We do not guarantee endorsement or visa outcomes.

We use your details only to provide and manage your requested assessment, account access and optional comparison, respond to your requests, and meet necessary security or legal obligations. We do not sell your details or use your CV for unrelated purposes.

Uploading a CV or accepting these terms does not sign you up for promotional emails or messages. Any optional marketing requires a separate lawful basis and an appropriate opt-out.

Payments are made through Stripe’s external payment links. The final refund policy is awaiting confirmation. In the meantime, contact us within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet been delivered. Your statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.

If you upload your CV, you confirm it's your own, accurate, and that you have the right to share any third-party details it contains (for example, a referee's name). The AI-generated comparison is a supplementary tool only and can never override the result generated by your own answers. AI-generated analysis may contain errors - we don't guarantee its accuracy and it isn't advice of any kind.

We do not keep new CV uploads as permanent files. A CV is temporarily uploaded securely, read for the requested comparison, and removed from our active file storage before the AI comparison starts. The comparison then uses an in-memory copy. If deletion fails, the comparison is stopped and you are told to contact us.

Your account details, assessment answers, checker result and generated comparison report are saved separately and may contain information derived from your CV. Removing the original CV does not remove those records. You may request their deletion.

Files uploaded before this handling change may still be held; please contact us to request their removal. Third-party processing, security records and any backup copies are subject to the relevant providers’ arrangements; deletion from our active storage is not a promise of instantaneous deletion from every provider or backup.

Personal information must be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, for specified purposes, with only the information necessary, kept accurate and no longer than necessary, and protected appropriately. Acceptance of these terms does not waive your data protection rights.

The Privacy Policy explains the service information we collect and the available privacy contact. Applicable UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 obligations still apply. A terms page alone does not establish compliance: lawful bases, provider agreements, retention periods and any international-transfer safeguards must match the actual service.

Please avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information, such as medical details, identity document numbers, or other people’s private contact details.

Depending on the processing and applicable exemptions, you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. You may ask for human review of the AI comparison.

Contact hello@readinessglobal.co.uk to make a request. We may need proportionate identity checks to protect your information. Requests are normally answered within one month; lawful extensions or exceptions will be explained.

You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, without excluding any mandatory rights that apply to you.

Updates to these terms will be dated on this page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data protection rights. These terms describe the checker and CV comparison; any separate paid service requires its own agreed scope and terms.
