Readiness Global Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 17519145, is the data controller. Contact hello@readinessglobal.co.uk about your information or privacy requests.

Your name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp number, assessment answers and result, checklist sign-ups and marketing choice, contact form messages, and an optional CV upload and generated cross-check. Account credentials are handled by our authentication provider.

To give you your assessment result, provide account access and your requested CV cross-check, respond to enquiries, send a copy when available, and provide services you buy. We do not sell your details or use your CV for unrelated purposes. Necessary security and legal obligations may also require processing.

Marketing emails are only permitted if you tick a separate opt-in box; accepting terms or uploading a CV is not marketing consent. Email delivery is not yet configured on this website.

Processing necessary to fulfil a requested service may rely on contract; genuinely optional consent-based processing must be freely chosen and withdrawable. Readiness Global must document the lawful basis for each purpose. Please exclude unnecessary sensitive information from CVs and messages.

Lovable Cloud provides account, database and temporary file storage. The optional AI cross-check uses Lovable AI Gateway and OpenAI. Stripe handles payments through external payment links; TidyCal handles bookings when a booking link is available. Payment card information is not collected by this website.

Provider contracts, retention practices, subprocessors, processing locations and any safeguards for transfers outside the UK must be checked before launch. This policy does not claim those operational checks are complete.

We keep information no longer than necessary. The proposed assessment retention limit is no more than 24 months, pending confirmation and implementation by Readiness Global; there is currently no automatic 24-month deletion schedule. Account records, checklist sign-ups and messages also require confirmed retention periods. You may request deletion at any time, subject to necessary legal exceptions.

New CV originals are temporarily uploaded, read and removed from our active file storage before the AI comparison starts. Processing uses an in-memory copy. If deletion fails, the comparison is stopped and you are told to contact us. The generated report, answers and account details are stored separately and may contain information from the CV. Older uploaded CVs may still require deletion on request. Removal from active storage does not promise instant deletion from every provider record or backup.

Depending on applicable conditions and exemptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing and ask for human review of the supplementary AI cross-check. Email us to exercise these rights; proportionate identity checks may be needed. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension or exception.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

Essential account/session storage supports sign-in. Checklist ticks are stored on your device so your progress persists; this does not enable tracking.

If you choose to upload your CV during the assessment, we use it only to generate a secondary, AI-assisted cross-check alongside your own assessment answers - it never changes or overrides your computed result. Your CV may be processed by a third-party AI service for this purpose. We only use it to generate this cross-check, keep it for no longer than needed to do so, and don't use it for any other purpose. Uploading a CV is optional - you can complete the assessment without it.
